SLEEP contains pure essential oil of bergamot which should not be used in large amount during pregnancy. If you are expecting a baby and want to use the product, check first with you doctor or midwife. Also, people with asthma and other respiratory ailments should start by using very small amounts of any essential oil. Then gradually increase if no adverse reaction occurs. Finally, children under 5 should not use aromatherapy.
